But they talk a lot about outsourcing and that gets me confused. We got these information resources which cost nothing yet are valuable . They want me to talk about focusing on doing what you are good at and letting them take over everything they think you are not so hot at. But if you want my advice improve your skills at what you are not doing so well and keep everything together Why pay other people money to take you over and split you up? But that is what they say the government is doing so it does not have to make sense.
